Social welfare work women development
Women play the role that would be expected in under development and feudal society. Their domestic duties revolve around the family home with cooking, cleaning, child bearing, fetching wood, water and also child minding. The men are responsible mainly for the shopping in a market but otherwise play little or no part in domestic life. They are needed to he educated (both genders) for acquiring knowledge and skill to earn respectfully for themselves.

Young girls are required to an increasing share of child minding from a very early are along with other onerous and time consuming duties of wood and water collection.

Most of the women have no earning potential because of being uneducated and unskilled some of them how ever after having left their young children in the care of their girls, go out for common laboring. Few of them make simple toys (with clay and straw) at home and sell in streets and also sell clothes, bangles to their neighbors or in the local market which produce very little money for them.

A recent social survey of G P A makes a number of its recommendation for the implementation to eliminate poverty and ignorance among the most destitute communities living in slums and rural areas in the Punjab-Pakistan.

Illiteracy
We need to give much emphasis on the girl's education by activity encouraging their parents with strong motivation so that they send their girls to the literacy centers. Most of the parents are reluctant to send them for schooling due to many reasons namely:-

1) They cannot offered.
2) No realization of the values of Education.
3) Early marriages.
4) Educational institutions are far away.

If G P A gives some incentives to the selected students in the shape of (books/notebooks /uniform) & transportation they may be able to attend primary and secondary schools. With this recommendation in mind G P A board has approved particular areas of greatest need. Those are.

1. Youhanabad no. 1.
2. Kotlee Chasi near Harbanspura.
3. Mominpura G T Road .
4. Asiftown.

There are more than 500 families residing at these places. Most of the kids do not go for schooling and are wandering aimlessly in the streets. The parents are living much below the poverty level at these places and they are not in position to afford the children education. Thus they are wandering like cattle in the areas. Let us take pity on this group and open the opportunity in the shapes of training centers (sewing, cutting, knitting, & embroidery class's courses) for the women folks and primary schools for the children who have been deprived because of poverty and unawareness.

Health care:

As for the health care programme is concerned it is of more important because, lack of the knowledge of hygienic and dietary processes more and more people are getting sick at these slums areas. Due to non-availability of fresh and medicated water they are getting water born diseases. The sicknesses could easily be prevented by adopting health concerned methodology. Since these people do not know to do so, there fore, teach is preparing urgent proposals for them and will submit them for the approval to the kind hearted donors so that these poorest of the poor friends be served immediately and be saved from further destruction.
